While it is said that Pinot “grape is the oldest grape in the world”, our estate grown Pinot was planted in 2019 which makes our wine young and tender. We work with the natural abilities of our wine, which has proven to be light bodied and quite floral with hits of raspberry. The taste will evolve and gain depth and hearty qualities along with mineral, spices and peppery highlights as it ages. Pairs well with pasta and grilled meats.
