Perfect for any occasion, Wooden Shoe Vineyards is nestled in the Willamette Valley with sweeping views of our farm, garden, vineyards, and Mt. Hood. 

Ranging from 25 to 350 guests, our two venues are ideal for hosting the wedding or event of your dreams. Bring in your choice of caterer, decorator, DJ, florist, and photographer or create your personal vision with the help of our Event Liaison.

Wooden Shoe Vineyards Tasting Room

Our rustic tasting room is perfect for events up to 80 guests.  Available year-long (with the exception of March and April due to the Tulip Festival), our Tasting Room is perfect for mix and mingle parties or sit-down dinners. 

Room charge is $450
Deposit is $100 which saves the date and guarantees the date.
$350 is to be spent on consumables at Wooden Shoe Vineyards including beer, wine, or cider products.

Please have a liability of insurance available for your event.
The renter is required to purchase event insurance.  The renter also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wooden Shoe vineyards , its owners, employees and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses or actions and liabilities including injury to persons, damage  to property , including to their products hires or obtained by the renter, except for such claims, demands, losses actions, or liabilities that rise out of negligence or willful misconduct by said owners, employees or affiliates.

Room charge includes:

  • Large repurposed barn beam table (if needed)
  • Television or USB slide show ability
  • 80 white chairs (folding) along with 10-5 ft round tables for a capacity of 80 people in tasting room.
  • We have a tent (in the winter)
  • 5+ tables with chairs for a capacity of 120 for winter time events
  • Summer time events we have an area for a bounce house for children (if wanted)

  • Event hours are between 4pm – 11pm. Event hours outside of this are available for an additional $25 per hour.

Wooden Shoe Gardens

With sweeping views of our farm, vineyards, and Mt. Hood, our 4-acre garden provides an ideal location for your wedding or special event.  Perfect for groups of 50 to 350, the Wooden Shoe Gardens provides a beautifully manicured backdrop for any outdoor occasion.
